What stays on your device
Your sizes, your bag (saved deals), your sort and filter choices are stored only in your own browser, using its local storage. They aren’t sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What we don’t collect
- No accounts, so no names, emails or passwords.
- No payment information. You pay on the store’s own website.
- We don’t sell personal information.
Services that help run the site
- Hosting. Our hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
- Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites and doesn’t identify you personally.
- The Ciao List. If you join our email list, your email address and jeans size are stored by our email provider, Kit, so we can send you our weekly email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share your address.
- Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Stores and affiliate networks. When you click “Shop,” you leave Ciao Couture for the store’s website. That store and its affiliate network may use cookies to record that you came from Ciao Couture, so we can be credited for a purchase. Their own privacy policies apply once you’re on their sites.
Search
When you use “Ask,” the words you type are used to find matching deals. On this website the search runs in your browser and isn’t stored by us.
Children
Ciao Couture is meant for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13.
